The Journey Continues Chapter 2The house is even larger up close. Ivy grips itself onto the dark bricks and climbs up toward the roof. The door is peeling paint and looks as if it hasn't been opened in years. I step back and peer up at the windows, all too dusty and dark to see inside. There is something about this house. I stand my ground, staring at it for a while, trying to connect myself with it. And then it happens again. More images flood into my mind. I see myself standing on the small wooden deck laughing and waving to someone on the beach. I'm leaned against the railing kissing the stranger I know so well from my dreams. And then I'm back in front of the house. Alone. My head throbs but I shake it off, irritated. The images hardly ever happen so close together.
Maybe I am crazy. I must be because I'm walking up the steps toward the door. My paw is on the doorknob. What am I doing? It turns, unlocked and the door swings open. I'm in the doorway. The air inside is warm and sweet smelling. As my eyes adjust to
The Journey Continues: PROLOUGEAbout a year after Morgie and Ruki save Rasco from the Galactic base and blow it up, Ruki vanishes inexplicably, leaving Morgie alone to care for their 1 year old son Luke and their adopted son Rasco. Miles had long since moved to the city. One of the lucarios claims their names are Lucy and the injured one as Laura. They were searching for Laura's husband and Lucy's brother Lou. The young female riolu was Lou's daughter, Rachel. Just then, they hear a loud commotion through the trees and rush towards the sound to find Lou extremely injured by the hands of Ibushi, his murderous older brother.
They take him back to Morgie's house where she heals them both. For a while, They stay there in the house with Morgie. Morgie tries to talk and reason with Lou as he suffers through memories of his parents and
No Matter What FinalI hit the ground hard as the smoke and debris swept over me. I could feel the heat from the burning building behind me. My eyes stung from the smoke that swallowed me up. Through the fog I spotted something. A light. Then another and another.
I wanted to run but something told me to stay there. Then I recognized the sound of a moter rumbling. Out of the smoke came three Galactic Motorcycles and on them..... Ruki, Miles and Rasco! Ruki leaped off the bike and gave me a hug. "Morgie! don't ever scare me like that again!" He said as he continued to squeeze me to death.
"I had to get rid of Bobbie once and for all!" I explained. Ruki smiled. "Only you could have done it! Now lets go home!" Home. That sounded great to me. I hopped onto the back of the bike and held on to Ruki as we sped away into the forest.
THREE MONTHS LATER
Well I guess you could say everything is back to normal. Except one little thing. About a month after we blew up the HQ and got rid of Bobbie, Ruki and I were blessed
No Matter What Chapter 11"Morgie!" Bobbie sneered. "Stop this Bobbie! Stop it right now! Let Rasco GO!" Bobbie chuckled. "I'm afraid I cant do that. You see I need your friend here to become my new evil lucario, so I can finally be the ultimate trainer!" I was so ticked at him. "Your not a trainer! Your a sick twisted human! Besides why didn't you just capture me? I'm the one you have a grudge aginst!"
Bobbie smiled. "I plan on killing you! Using your own friends as weapons! How does that hurt!? Dont think you can get cocky with me just because you got your boy back!" Out of rage I sprang across the room and pushed Bobbie to the ground, knocking the injection from this hand.
Ruki let Rasco go. Suddenly a flood of red evil pokemon flooded into the room. Ruki tossed Rasco a hand gun and they started shooting as me and Bobbie continued to tackle each other. Finally I punched him so hard it knocked him out. I sprang to my feet and used the mashine gun on my back to keep the evil pokemon away.
No Matter What Chapter 10Not very far? heh! We ran through the dark forest for about an hour before a luxray leaped out of no where. "Stop right there! No one trespasses on Team Galactic grounds!" I noticed he was wearing a gray vest with the same yellow G on the side. I also noticed when his eyes adjusted to what exactly we where, (Three lucarios well armed with knives and rifles) his confidence seemed to fade.
"Just....just turn around. These premises are off limits!" he shuddered. I turned to Ruki and winked. I decided to give this pussy cat a little scare. Without warning I pulled a hand gun out of my belt and jabbed it into the luxray's chest. His eyes filled with terror as I pinned him to a tree, udderly defenseless. "Listen cat! I'll make you a deal, You let us trough and we might not kill you. If you refuse.......your going to go slowly!"
The luxray was frozen with terror. He let out a nervous laugh before saying, "You- you may pass!" Before pulling my gun away I snatched a card off his belt. It looked
No Matter What Chapter 9We all three ran as fast as we possibly could but the van had spead away without a trace. We all returned to the house with heavy hearts. "We have to do something!" I said. "We cant let them do this to Rasco!" Miles shuttered. "B-but Morgie...... you see what those creeps did to me! They're too strong!" I sighed. "Well we have to do something!" I said. Suddenly a grin spread across Ruki's face.
A wicked grin. "I think I know how we can get him back and show Team Galactic what happens when they mess with us!" I smiled. Ruki then explained how humans have these strange weapons called guns. "They can kill you just with the pull of a trigger!" Ruki said in an evil voice. "How are we going to get any?" Miles asked eagerly.
Ruki told us to follow him to the nearest human town. It wasnt very big but I still hated being around human territory. We snuck over to a blue building. Ruki stopped at a back door and turned towards us. "Ok this is a police station. Now police are humans with wepons sto
No Matter What Chapter 8You can't see anything? Anything at all?" Miles was sitting on his bed staring down at the floor. His elbows on his knees. "No nothing but blackness." he replied. There was a catch in his voice. I could tell he was about to cry. I let go of his paw and turned to Ruki. I took hold of his shoulder and pushed him outside with me.
"What are we going to do?" I asked him. "There's nothing we can do." he replied. "Miles is just going to have to use his aura to get around." I felt terrible inside. Another one of my friends had been hurt by the humans. Rasco asked from behind me. "Morgie," he asked "You said that there was a yellow G on the side of that van?" I turned to him and nodded.
"Yes but I don't see how it could tell us anything." Rasco looked down as if he were thinking. "But I remember it from it somewhere......wait a minute.... thats it! The lab Bobbie took me to, It had that same letter G on the wall!" I stood up. "What are you saying?" Ruki stepped in.
"I remember it too! When I wa
No Matter What CHapter 7The next morning Ruki and I were watching the sun rise like we always did. He had his arms around me. I had almost completely forgot about last nights episode. That is until Rasco walked up to us and asked "Wheres Miles?" "You mean he hasnt come back?" Ruki said. Rasco shook his head. The day ticked on. Still Miles was no where.
"I'm starting to worry about him." I said "He should have been back by now." Ruki nodded. "We should go look for him." So with that said we set off to find Miles. Hours bled into days and days faded into weeks. We had wandered all the way back to the beach. As we looked I spotted something in the clearing.
"Ruki! Look! Its our old house!" I shouted. We ran over to the abandoned house and walked inside. To my surprise everything was the same. "This is great!" Rasco said. "We'll actually have a decent place to sleep tonight!" Ruki looked at me. "Remember how we used to sleep under the palmtrees?" "Couldnt forget if I wanted to." I replied.
So for old time sake al
